I recently purchased my first home, and Shannon found me exactly what I needed! I was looking in some pretty specific locations, under many specific parameters. She worked alongside me and the seller's agent to achieve my goal. Understanding the unique situation I was in and expected. She was very professional during the entire transaction. Shannon Hormanski is one and only real estate broker has done a great job for me in selling my old apartment and finding my dream apartment ! I have purchased and sold 6 homes in several states, I can honestly say that she was the only one who looked out for my benefits instead of her own. In selling your property she works very hard with setting up the place for showings and make the most money and profit for you and buying a property she walks checks everything in the property to see if they are operational, if the water heater, furnace, AC old or newer and in good operation, she is in very close contact with the lawyer.
